Computer Recycling
We are fully WEEE compliant, and operate under guidelines set by Environment Agency policy. Our waste reducing methods of business have resulted in us being granted Waste Management License Exemption by our Environment Agency Officer.
We can collect or take delivery of all serviceable IT equipment.- All recycled IT equipment is returned to our workshops.
- Permanent storage is removed, and the data is securely and irrecoverably destroyed. A certified data destruction service is available on request.
- Equipment is collected by 'Inside Out Trust' and refurbished by inmates at local prisons.
- Refurbished equipment and cleaned hard drives are re-united at IT Schools Africa depot in Cheltenham.
- Equipment is packed ready for distribution to Schools in Africa through projects developed and managed by IT Schools Africa and Computers For African Schools.
